POLICY OF SINUM LTD

SINUM LTD in its activities is guided by the following principles:

  • Does not use or support the use of child labor below the legal minimum age for employment. Child labor is prohibited in any form, as it is a form of exploitation and a violation of human rights. Child labor disrupts the physical, mental, social, and psychological development of a child.
  • Does not allow or support the use of forced labor, which includes work or services performed under the threat of violence or punishment, or any other form of coercion, deception, fraud, abuse of power, threats of reporting to authorities, as well as for debt repayment, on exploitative or slave-like terms similar to the types of labor mentioned above. Additionally, the use of labor from trafficked persons is strictly prohibited.
  • Ensures the absence of discrimination (any distinction, exclusion, or preference) in all aspects of employment, work, and activities based on: race, skin color, language, political, religious, or other beliefs, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnic, social, or foreign origin, age, health status, disability, family or property status, place of residence, membership in a trade union or other citizen association, participation in a strike, reporting possible cases of corruption or related offenses. Equal working conditions are ensured during hiring: no personal factors unrelated to job performance may be considered when making decisions about employment or transfer, as this would be considered discrimination.
  • Respects the right of its employees to freedom of assembly and the right to conduct collective bargaining, and peaceful gatherings (including the right to abstain from such activities) in accordance with applicable law.
